From brief through to project completion, we will guide you through the process and ensure the result surpasses your vision and aspirations.

Once you engage us on your project, we conduct a thorough briefing. We will guide you through the initial discovery process and meet to establish your vision. Your requirements will set the design parameters for your new home.

The information gathering and assessment phase. We will conduct an initial site investigation and visit in order to familiarise ourselves with the existing conditions. We will work out the opportunities and constraints of your site. For example, what are the planning and building requirements that may apply to the site and what are the opportunities to maximise light and aspects.

Taking into account the Brief and Site Investigation, we will test the feasibility and viability of design options through sketches, diagrams and 3D visualisations. We will prepare a concept package that focuses on your brief, our design philosophy and key design ideas for the project. We conclude this stage by providing you with a visual direction for your new home using a selection of images, sketches and finishes. Where required, we would lodge for town planning approval at the end of this stage.

Once we have together chosen the design concept, in this stage we will refine the design to include detailed drawings, material selections, fittings and finishes. At this stage it will be determined what other consultants are required for the project and we will coordinate with the consultants as required.

A full set of architectural documentation is developed which is coordinated with all relevant consultants. The construction package also includes all finalised schedules and reports.

We will work with you to help determine your preferred contractor selection process. This is usually either a tender process or a negotiated offer. Once we have worked with you to select a Builder we will also organise the preparation and execution of Contract Documents and a Building Permit so that works can commence.

We will oversee the construction process to ensure the outcome is as designed. We liaise with the contractor and consultants, review shop drawings, and respond to queries as required. We schedule regular site appointments all the way through to final handover.

Our interior styling service takes an individual approach that reflects your desires and how you choose to best live. This is the stage where we curate and select fabrics, lighting, rugs, art and unfixed furniture. We provide you layouts and a list of items to complete and complement the space together with a schedule nominating product name, supplier, size, finish, price and lead-time. We will then place orders, procure items and oversee delivery to complete your new home.
